Cyndi Ridenhour was born and raised right here in Vancouver, WA, and graduated from Prairie High School. She comes from a small business family — her parents started a local lumberyard — and that same hands-on, know-your-neighbors work ethic carries through everything she does as a residential real estate broker with Ridenhour Real Estate Group. Before becoming a broker, Cyndi worked as a mortgage lender, giving her a firsthand understanding of the financing side of every transaction.
Cyndi believes real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about understanding a neighborhood, a school district, a commute, and a feeling. As a lifelong local, she brings genuine, on-the-ground knowledge of Vancouver, Camas, Woodland, and Washougal to every client, paired with the negotiation and marketing discipline it takes to compete in today’s market.
